If you're on peritoneal dialysis and you're traveling by plane with your cycler and some manual bags be sure to allow plenty of time (3 hrs instead of 2) to make it through security because there will be additional security checks.

Inform the reservations agent that you will be traveling with medical equipment so they may note it to ease interaction with the gate agent.

Cycler's are heavy without being inside a carrying case. Be cognizant of weight restrictions and request assistance stowing and unloading your cycler.
